How to resend the verification email to the pending learner/s

Resending verification email to a single learner

a. Go to learners page

b. Filter Status column by PENDING, this will display list of pending learner accounts

c. Click More options button.

d. Click Resend Verification.

e. You will be able to see the success message that the verification email has been resent.

Resending verification email to bulk learners

a. Go to Learners page.

b. Filter Status column by PENDING, this will display list of pending learner accounts.

c. Click checkboxes of the chosen learners or simply click the checkbox below the Name column to select all pending learners.

d. Click Resend Verification Email.

e. You will be able to see the success message that the verification email has been resent.
