My dashboard is showing all “0.” Is my account being reset?

Don’t panic. We are pretty sure no account is being “reset.” This could be due to a system upgrade which affected the cookies in your system.

Do a hard reload on your browser.

In Windows, the shortcut for this is Control+F5 and on a Mac, the shortcut is Command+Shift+R.
