What is the proper way of logging in using a new/updated email

This issue commonly persists among users who updated their email address to a new one. They tend to validate accounts then logged using the old password then do forgot/reset passwords and try to log in.

They mostly encounter a message that their account is not active even after validating. Here is the right way to log in when you update your email address:

  1. You should receive a (RESEND) Welcome email from Edufied.
  2. Validate your account from the resend welcome email.
  3. Use auto-generated password from the resend welcome email as your new temporary password to log in.
  4. VOILA!!! you successfully logged in to your account, from here you can change your password on the setting page.
